How to handle the Menu

In the Home screen, you see the available menues in the navigation as well as in the center.
In the blue header of the center, you see the path of the section displayed in the center.
Please be aware that depending on the settings for your user / group you may only see a small selection of what is displayed in these pictures.

Select a menu, e.g. BASIC.
Or middle-click (a click on the mouse-wheel) a menu to open it in a separate tab. Select the tab and work in the selected area. You can switch to the other tab with the menues any time, e.g. to open another menu.

All entries of this menu are displayed on the left. Same as for the menues, you might see a small selection the menu entries displayed in this picture.
On the right, you find any queries that you have saved as well as reports you have saved.

Select a menu entry or query to open it in this tab, e.g. Customer/Supplier.
Or middle-click (a click on the mouse-wheel) a menu entry to open it in a separate tab. Select the tab and work in the selected area. You can switch to the other tab with the menu entries any time, e.g. to open another menu entry.

MasterData MenuBASIC.jpg

Looking at the top blue ribbon of the center window, you see that Customers/Suppliers is greyed out whereas the other bits are selectable. Reason is that you cannot select the menu entry groups but their sub-entries only.

Clicking the Home or Basic part of the path brings you back to the selected area, however, you will loose any selection you already made.
Middle-click (a click on the mouse-wheel) part of the path will open a new tab with the selected menu or menu entry.

Each selection criteria consist of 3 parts, the field name, the operator and the value. Set / select them in the provided order, then hit the enter key on your keyboard or click Select.
To access selection criteria again, hit Select again.

Of course, you can combine selection criteria. Hit the + behind an existing selection criteria to add another selection criteria behind the existing one, then enter the details. Hit the - behind a selection criteria to delete it.

Rearranging Columns

To rearrange column order simple move the columns one by one via the drag & drop feature.
As you will be able to move a column within the visible area only we recommend to scroll to the left or right as far as possible to still see the respective column at the side opposite of the destination side. Then drag & drop the column as far as you need or as far as possible to the opposite side before scrolling again.
